Epic Fail and Lessons Learned

Alright, perhaps not "epic".  We all have tales of programs and events that didn't turn out quite as well as expected or planned.  Some librarians sweep them under the carpet to be forgotten like yesterday's trash.

But, as we know,  these program fails are also powerful motivators to try a different way or adopt a different tack to engage our teen patrons. What once worked, isn't always going to work. Staying on our toes is important.  And sharing not just our successes but also our failures is also a welcome trend. We learn in our lives from both.

Christie over at TLT: Teen Librarian's Toolbox shares some craft projects that didn't turn out quite as planned. Check them out. And share some of your sad stories with her in comments!
