Christie over at the always thought-provoking TLT: Teen Librarians Toolbox has a fascinating post on how she gets buy-in from her tweens for SLP. They actually vote for their programs and their movies. And it's not just a select few kids, but any of the tweens that use the library. That is a level of involvement that speaks volumes to the trust in the kids and a librarian's ability to let the kids truly lead.
