Stand Up and Speak Out

Often, for whatever reason, we don't feel ready to honestly speak out and stand up for ideas, thoughts and innovations we wish we could see happen.  But if we don't sit down with our director or co-workers or manager, how can they possibly know our thoughts.  If we want to be advocates for children and youth, it's good to be able to step outside our comfort zone and speak.

Amy Koester over at Show Me Librarian has an inspiring blog post that just might inspire you to make change happen by standing up and speaking up!
