Early Lit "Facelifts"

Mel's Desk just had a great post about brainstorming early literacy activities, and she linked to some great ideas from programs to quick "facelifts" that can brighten up any area that needs some early literacy love. The best part is that many of them are great jumping off points, leaving plenty of room to add your own spin.
