Babies Need Words Every Day Blog Tour
Wednesday marks the mid-point of a marvelous week of posts from different bloggers shining a spotlight on ALSC's initiative that seeks to give caregivers the support they need to help close the 30 million word gap. The Babies Need Words Every Day portion of the ALSC website has free downloadable posters, booklists, tips on sharing information and more.
The blog tour, organized and hosted by Brooke Newberry at Reading with Red blog (who is also current chair of the ALSC Early Childhood Programs and Services Committee), features bloggers addressing different aspects of the initiative with practical tips and ideas we all can use to support parents and caregivers in talking, singing, reading and playing with their babies.
Stay tuned to Brooke's blog each day for the list of new posts!
