WLA YSS Members- WLA Conference Proposal Invite

A special message to YSS members!

WLA is now accepting program proposals for the WLA conference on October 25-28 at the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee.  This year’s theme is Better Together @ 125: Celebrating Wisconsin Libraries – a celebration of WLA’s 125th year!

This year, the conference committee is asking each unit to coordinate and pre-approve the proposals. So YSS is excited to invite your great ideas for youth-related content – and hope that you will consider submitting a proposal.

All YSS members are invited to create a program, a panel, an adventure in great library-ing you’ve had on topics from early literacy to school age to teen to outreach to tech wizardry to collection amazingness to advocacy to partnerships to leadership to issues and challenges. What do you want to share?

Please submit your program proposal (one program per form) by Thursday March 31 here: http://goo.gl/forms/WpM7W9Mr1F

You will receive a response on or before April 14. Accepted programs will be submitted by the YSS conference rep to the WLA conference committee on your behalf. Final acceptance of all conference programs will be sent out to you by the YSS conference rep about May 15.
