The process of change – whether in taking on a new job in a new state; creating a new service paradigm in your youth department or moving up the management ladder from children’s librarian to director – comes packed with excitement, trepidation and a bit of strategic planning. Join our panel to learn the road signs they used towards change and tips on how to manage that changing paradigm. With Dawn Wacek (La Crosse Public Library), Sharon Grover (Arrowhead Library System) and Sue Abrahamson (Waupaca Area Public Library).
