Celebrate Black Excellence with PBS WI

From the PBS WI Education January 2021 newsletter:

Dear educators,

Join us this winter for a four part virtual professional development series, Centering Black Excellence in Education.

As we continue the journey to create a more equitable world, this series will provide insights from educators and experts to support you in implementing crucial changes in your schools.

Join educators across the state in important, difficult dialogues, find resources, and become part of a dedicated community focused on equitable teaching practices.

In order to build and nurture a community of learners that will expand beyond the series, join us for two or more of the events offered in this four part series. When you attend two or more of the events you will receive a PBS Wisconsin Education tote bag, a “Powered By Curiosity” sticker, a certificate of completion, and an official letter of accomplishment from PBS Wisconsin Education.

Learn more about our upcoming series and register today to join us in discovering how to support and uplift Black students:

We look forward to the conversations ahead!
