PBS Kids for Parents

In case no one has said it lately, PBS Kids is one of the best resources out there for families and librarians. The information available for free is creative, educational, and fun for kids of all ages. And, it doesn't stop there. PBS Kids has incredible resources for parents as well on their PBS Kids for Parents website. From literacy to math, social skills to art and everything in between, PBS has found a way to help kids learn through play and fun.

It's difficult to even choose a resource to share from their site because there are so many great ones. Since so many kids are starting school tomorrow, I took a bit of time to browse through their going to school section. There were articles about afterschool snacks, transitioning back to school, creating a supportive classroom for a child with autism, and so much more! If you haven't taken the time yet to look through all that PBS has to offer, here is your reminder!
