Scholastic runs twice annual book sales (May and December). There are plenty of bargains.

Scholastic Books Warehouse; Dec 7-14 (10am-7pm M-F; Sat 8-4pm; closed Sundays)

DeForest 
Scholastic Book Warehouse; Dec 11 (2-8pm); Dec 12 & 13 (10am-7pm)

Brookfield
Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel Dec 17 (noon-7pm); Dec  17 &18 (10am-7pm)
