CCBC Director KT Horning writes: "We are all looking forward to the Charlotte Zolotow Lecture by Christopher Myers on Sept 30, at 7:30pm. Chris gave one of his first-ever national public lectures here in Madison in Great Hall, Memorial Union, soon after his first book, Black Cat came out. We wanted to return to Great Hall for his Charlotte Zolotow Lecture, not just for nostalgic purposes, but also because Great Hall is truly great in terms of size, which will allow attendees to spread out for social distancing. And, of course, everyone will be required to wear a mask. We, of course, hope to see you in person but we’ll also be live-streaming the lecture for those of you who don’t feel safe enough to attend in person, as well as for people who want to watch from La Crosse, Eau Claire, Rhinelander, Milwaukee, Janesville, or wherever you may be in the world. More info about the livestreaming will be available soon. The video of the lecture will also be archived and will include closed captions."
