Reedsburg Public Library     Youth Services Librarian (full-time)

The Reedsburg Public Library is in search of a dynamic and creative individual with a strong interest in children's programming and literacy to join our team. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours/week. Responsibilities include planning, presenting and promoting programming, services and library collections for children and their families as well as circulation and reference services to all library patrons.  Some weekends and evenings are required. A four-year degree in a related field and programming experience is required. A Master’s degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred.
 

This position will remain open until filled.  The position is currently open; start date is negotiable.

 

This is a full-time position, eligible for excellent benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, sick time accrual, and participation in the WI Retirement System. This position requires daytime hours, occasional evening hours, and approximately one weekend day per month.

Brewer Public Library  - Programming Coordinator (full-time)

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with benefits. Duties include planning, presenting and promoting programs, services, and collections for children, teens, and adults; as well as circulation and reference services to all patrons. Some evenings and weekends are required. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, a motivated team player, inclusive, creative, flexible, has strong attention to detail, and is able to work independently. Candidates must be comfortable with a variety of technologies, have full range of body motion, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.

A college degree and prior library experience are preferred. Technology knowledge and experience are required.
