Register Your Dia Day Program

ALA's Association for Library Service for Children and REFORMA have long sponsored El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) also known as Dia Day.

Día is a nationally recognized initiative that champions the importance of literacy for all children of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds. It’s a daily commitment to linking children and families to diverse books, languages, and cultures.

Besides program resources, graphics, booklists and support, ALSC has developed a program registry to share programs from libraries around the country. Any library holding a Dia program throughout the year can register a program.
