Is This the Real Thing? Is This Just Fantasy....

Blogger Cheryl Becker has a great post up talking about the feeling that one often has in the job of being an imposter ("Man, when they find out that I in no way can do this job, I am gonna be in such big trouble!!"). While this is seldom the case, still and all, a huge majority of people get that feeling. Studies show that it often motivates people to work harder.
