A day to share books and reading with everyone around you - what's not to like? The event advocates for literacy as a human right. Living in a country with a 99% literacy rate, it's hard to imagine people growing up illiterate around the world and that 2/3 of them are women. Lit World has an excellent webpage and event kit to inspire you.
