Although I have blogged about the aftermath of the awards over at Tiny Tips for Library Fun, I have never written about what the actual year-long committee experience was like.
Now I don't have to! Stop at the ALSC blog and read a wonderful nutshell description of a year in the life of a Newbery Award committee member by the inestimable Eva Mitnick. And then Francisca Goldsmith over at the YALSA blog described her year on the Printz. What more can I say!?!?
