Mindfulness and guided meditations can be a part of self-care and centering as we nourish ourselves or share resources with others in our professional or personal lives. The folks at the Monterey Bay Aquarium have developed a series of guided mindfulness MeditOcean videos that can be used for free.

Relax, Soothe, and Center with the Monterey Bay Aquarium
Soothing sights and sounds can be found at the Monterey Bay Aquarium online. The picture within a picture view of their webcams means you can have a small soothing screen open on your monitor while you work or chill out. As I write this, I am watching the kelp forest sway to and fro as fish of all kinds and the occasional leopard shark passes by.
