    • The Programming and Activity Count tracker workbook includes live, virtual and pre-recorded programs. Use the programming and activity count tracker workbook to easily compile your program counts and attendance to report on the Public Library Annual Report. For enhanced collaboration, the Programming and Activity Count tracker workbook is also available in Google Sheets - simply sign in to your Google account and make a copy. Updated to include live, virtual and pre-recorded programs.
    • Grab and go efforts can be considered a self-directed activity on the annual report if some kind of intentional reporting structure is utilized. In this way, grab and go bags are no different than a summer library program reading log, bingo sheet, or any other activity that is sent home and completed independently.  As stated on the annual report programming instructions, we provide information on what is counted, but it is ALWAYS up to the local library to determine how to count.
