So the last time I browsed the teen shelves at the library, the book Gone jumped out at me. Partly because of its size and partly because it's a futuristic book, and I can't resist those.
I was curious to know more about the author, Michael Grant, so I popped into amazon.com to see what else he's written, and to look at reviews for this book. (turns out he's married to Katherine Applegate--didn't remember that trivia!) And this is where it got interesting: as I scrolled down the page, a video promo for the book was listed right after all the publication information. At first, I wondered if they were turning this into a movie already, but it appears to be just for the book!
What other books are being featured like this? Is this becoming more popular? How can librarians use this to their advantage?
On another note--anyone else read this? What did you think?
