A recent Badgerlink post on DPI's Wisconsin Libraries for Everyone blog shared the archived training webinar link for Teachingbook's fantastic Diversity Toolkit. Teachingbooks is one of Badgerlink's valued resources available to WI libraries.
The training video teaches you how to easily navigate the toolkit's features which include:
- Search for diverse books by culture, subject, grade level, and genre
- Original interviews with diverse authors and illustrators
- Award winning titles and book lists, as well as ability to create your own lists
- Collection Analysis Tool to generate reports for your own collection development needs
