AUTHOR EVENTS ONLINE
Children's book author/illustrator Jarrett Krosoczka  writes on 3/13/20: "Gina and I are transitioning to homeschooling. We need to keep the kids on a schedule and we are imagining we are far from alone. We want to help. Every weekday at 2:00 pm ET (1:00 pm CT) for at least the next few weeks, I'll host free webcasts for you and your kiddos. If you can't watch live, each art lesson will be archived. Get your kids creating, drawing, using their imagination. We will get through this together."

Author/illustrator Ben Clanton of Narwhal and Jelly fame writes: "Stuck at home? Want to draw with me and talk about waffles and mermicorns? I'm doing two FB LIVE sessions this next week.
March 18th at 11 am PST (1:00 pm CST)

Hope to sea you then!"

Raddish Kids write: " UPDATE: Due to the incredible response from families, we are now increasing the number of free kits to 25,000! ❤️
At Raddish, we believe the heart of the home is in the kitchen -- and these days, we're likely all spending a lot more time at home. ⁣⁣Because food comforts and connects us all, we’ve developed a free resource to help support families during this uncertain time, including an at-home cooking camp program, free recipes your kids can make with pantry staples, additional learning extensions AND we're even giving away 10,000 free cooking kits!⁣⁣

Storyline Online features actors reading picture books and is a good fix for those missing story time.
